DBT comprehensive treatment is 80% more effective than “Treatment As Usual” (TAU) for Borderline Personality Disorder.  In DBT and RO- DBT skills groups, participants will learn skillful ways to deal with emotions, distress and relationships.  In the group, participants can acquire and strengthen these skills and learn how to apply them in their lives.  This adds to the overall effectiveness of therapy.
